Mail in Registration Form

Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates are available for any Class, Workshop, or Safari. Gift Certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable. Balances may be transferred to any Class, Workshop, or Safari based on availability.

Gift Certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase.

Prices subject to change without notice until Gift Certificate is redeemed. Customer must contact us to register. Once customer has registered they are guaranteed the price at the time of registration. If cancellation is received by the deadline stated in the Terms & Conditions of the Class, Workshop, or Safari, balances can be credited to a future Class, Workshop, or Safari, no refunds.

To redeem, contact us to check availability, then send the original Gift Certificate with completed Registration Form. When we receive the Gift Certificate and applicable forms you will be officially registered and emailed a confirmation of your registration.

Classes
Registration:
Payment must be received with registration by using the Online Registration process or mail in Registration Form. A confirmation of your registration will be emailed upon receipt of your complete registration.

Cancellation/Refund:
Cancellations received at least 7 days in advance may request a refund or full credit to another class. Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance but at least 24 hours prior will be issued a credit to reschedule with a $10 rescheduling fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior and no shows will not be issued a refund or credit.

Weekend Workshops
Registration:
Payment must be received with registration by using the Online Registration process or mail in Registration Form. Registration must be received at least 2 weeks in advance for the ADVANCED Workshops. Lodging and meals are not included in any worshop and are the responsibility of the student.
A confirmation of your registration will be emailed upon receipt of your complete registration.

Cancellation/Refund:
Cancellations received at least 10 days in advance of the workshop may request a refund minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 10 days in advance of the workshop may request a refund minus a $50 processing fee.

Private Tours

Registration:
Payment must be received with registration by using the Online Registration process or mail in Registration Form. Registration must be received at least 2 weeks in advance. Meals are not included in any Tour and are the responsibility of the student.
A confirmation of your registration will be emailed upon receipt of your complete registration.

Cancellation/Refund:
Cancellations received at least 10 days in advance of the workshop may request a refund minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 10 days in advance of the tour may request a refund minus a $50 processing fee.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any class, day trip, weekend workshop or safari due to low enrollment or any other reason of concern. If we have received and confirmed your complete registration we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or credit. Refunds are awarded for services purchased and credits are awarded for gift certificates. We reserve the right to make exceptions to these terms and conditions where we deem necessary. Customers are bound to the terms and conditions that were agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase.
